Social Inclusion & Community Access
Your own personal support workers can support you to engage in community activities, plus in-home supports including meal preparation. Social inclusion involves participating in society. Connect with family, friends and your local community. Have your voice heard heard and don’t be left out.
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
You can choose a coach with lived experience. Your coach can support you to find out about other services and supports and help you to better understand the NDIS. We also have a range of unique resources from BML to use in your personal recovery.
Come and get involved in our Wednesday social group. We plan to begin new groups such as bus trips, barbeques, peer groups, music and more. Please contact us if you would like to suggest a new group.
Mental Health First Aid
Paul Inglis (Director/founder) will be offering Mental Health First Aid sessions to the community later in 2021. Learn about how to support and respond to a person experiencing a mental health problem or crisis.
